CRIS is just DeckPrism lines these days (both live and pregame for the major USA sports). They used to beat Circa's DeckPrism lines by a penny or 2 but approx two months ago have gone from -108 each side to -110 and worse the more we go up in price. CRIS lines are not comparable to Bookmaker's anymore as far as I understand it. (Though I think they may copy/mirror futures markets, but I don't have access to Bookmaker account to check)
Eg Just now. For St. Louis / Cubs game
In the past, Cris would be say -112/-104 on the total. Same holds for NFL/CFB now. What were once 16 cent lines at CRIS have gone to 20 or more.
