Yes I know I can call them. But every time I have an issue or question I don't want to have to call them, that's why live chat is nice. I thought live chat was pretty standard especially for a big book. Do they have it and I'm just missing it or not?

I think you need to sign up for an account first. After you login it's in the lower right of your screen. At least on desktop it is.

They do offer live chat after you log in. But, like with all sportsbook live chats, it's kind of hit-or-miss in terms of the quality of the representative. I've had both great and terrible experiences with Heritage live chats. It's a good book overall, though.
