Anybody know mr play?
I registered an account there, called mr play, made deposit 100 euro and get 100 bonus auto. I was asked to wager 1800 before I make any withdrawal on min Odds 2. I did placed 30 bets in total about 1500, but I found the wager requirement not lowering , still 1800. I contact the customer service, and I was told they will raise a case for me and will be resolve within 48 hours. After 72 hours no response, I contact them again, I was told it will take up to 14 days and I was told I can remove my bonus then I can make any withdrawal(I have no money in my account only bonus left).
So I stopped using the bonus, I made another 100 euro deposit to play casino, after play on blackjack and roulette, I made my real money balance to 1600, when I tried to make withdrawal, I was not allowed. I was told I need wager 1800 to make withdrawal. I asked them, It is my second deposit not related to any bonus, why not allow me to withdrawal? And all my qualified bets not counted for wager requirement, how Can I wager 1800? I fell I am in trouble, so I asked If I can remove the bonus (900), then I can withdrawal my real funds(1600), This time I was told not allowed. What a joke, If you have no funds they will tell you that you can withdrawal, if you have money there, they will tell you not allowed. And I was told they will raise an case for me, but not 48 hours not 14 days, this time told me up to 20 days. I asked them, the bonus will expire in a few days, what will happen, They said nothing they can do, all my real money and bonus could be remove.
Anybody played on mr play? Are they scam? How they get license in UK and europe?
