It was sent with 11 satoshi per byte. Suggested amount is 13 sat/b. I normally send priority- which would now be 22 sat/b. There should be no reason it's still held up this long. The fee is low, but not THAT low. I'd fully expect it to confirm in under 24 hours. I checked blockchair website and it shows as 22,347 of 52,746 in the queue and expected to be another 24 hours till 1 confirmation. But who knows if the network gets more clogged and people send with higher fees then the transaction with 11 sat/b fee falls down the list even further.Originally posted by ArunSh

Sorry, they didn't send me the copied/pasted text, but I know they wouldn't lie about this. In fact, when he initially reached out to me about this, he had just returned from vacation and had no knowledge that people were complaining about bonuses. Ive been with them for many years and have lost alot. Every week its something else with them and yesterday could have been the end of the line.
