It is? According to whom? If you mean this site, that has nothing to do with it. SBR simply doesn't work with offshore sportsbooks anymore. Bovada is perfectly fine, along with some of the other books mentioned here.

Every sportsbook is being re-reviewed. Until that happens books are not recommended. Bovada will not be re-added to the ratings as SBR is only rating mainstream jurisdiction licensed bookmakers going forward. But nothing has happened with the book itself to cause alarm.
