Is playing at brokers legal in Malta?

Malta has a gaming authority company ( https://www.mga.org.mt/ ), which gives licenses to bookies.

I'm planning to move to Malta, but my preferred brokers are not on the list.
I'd like to play at BetInAsia or Sportmarket. They are allowing people from Malta to register.

My question is, is it legal to play at brokers (at Malta) which has no license at these maltan gaming company?

(I know that if you have some problem with a site, you can write to mga and the will try to fix your problem, so I hope it is legal to play at these sites, but you won't get any kind of help if you get any problem at betting)

Anyone living in Malta and playing at these sites?
Or can you suggest me another broker which has license at mga?

I do not think it is illegal for you to bet with any company you like from Malta.

Just illegal for the bookmakers to offer service to you. Which is their problem, not yours.

Yes, bookies without licenses are legal in this way in most of eu countries... but I need 100% sure info, so if anyone is living there, playing at these bookies, paying taxes, etc. please tell me the correct answer.

I honestly don't think the MGA has ever solved one problem for a sportsbettor with a book regulated by the MGA. I'd actually love to hear about one.

I respect the fact you are researching your move bro. But I am telling you as some one who has lived in Malta, not from Malta, and earned a living via poker and sportsbetting you have nothing to worry about.

90+ percent of all people you talk to will be tourists or expats. I'd worry far more about being able to support yourself from sportsbetting.

Also, it's the government's job in most countries to say what is illegal. Governments geberally do not say what is legal. Therefore, so long as something is not deemed to be illegal in a country it can be assumed to be legal. I should state there are many caveats to this.

TLDR

Go to Mlata dude if you can support yourself gambling. You'll laugh in 6 months at all these questions, I promise you.

I forgot to tell you a story that illustrates Malta well and why you need not worry about super cops arresting you for betting with a broker not registered with the MGA.

When I moved to Malta I stayed in a hotel for a week and spent time looking for a nice flat to rent. After a few days I found a very nice, newly built apartment complex and agreed to rent a flat. I asked the owner where the electric meter was and if he recommended a supplier. He says come with me. We go down to the basement and into a room with all the electric meters. He shows me mine and gives me a key to the room in case I need to check it. He then says that since this apartment building is new, the electricity company hasn't yet got to the stage of being able to set up billing accounts for each meter. I told him, OK. And said id be happy to pay the bill for whatever electricity I used from today when in future the meters were billed.

I asked him when I should expect my first bill, thinking maybe in a month, 2 max. He told me this was Malta and it might take a lot longer than that. I offered for him to estimate the electricity bill and i'd give him that on top of rent each month. He just laughed and said, it's cool. He lived in the apartment building, too, and was therefore enjoying free electricity.

I left that apartment building almost one year later. The electricity company had still not connected the meters to billing and I never paid one euro for electricity in the whole time I was there. It was a brand new flat with air-conditioning and God knows how much money the electricity company lost.

Also, that was nearly 20 years ago. The landlord had my name, passport scan etc. If I owe money they could find me, no doubt.

I hope you are right But I have years behind me trying to make some f*cking way to do this legally at my country, and there is no way. Here the taxing system and the government has zero support for the "customers", and I want to just do it in 100% legal and with no worries.
