Hi, I was wondering if there were any reliable bitcoin only books or casinos that take USA and give good match bonuses? Most that I have found have too many rules and limitations. In particular, I am looking for a book that gives their bonus up front (not in increments like Nitro) and has large betting limits. I do not mind long rollovers.

As for casinos, most of the casinos I have found have low max bets per spin that are very confusing when playing with a bonus.

Betcoin offers 100 percent bonus on 1st deposit I believe. They are legit and pay within minutes. Not sure if they are taking new U.S customers though.

I had an old account there but had never deposited. I just checked with them and their promos are for casino only. They said they did not offer sports bonuses.
