Dafabet.com doesn't pay me 598000 INR (that's 8000$)! I won money at a roulette casino. I have been trying to withdraw money since December 2021 and every time they refuse to pay. I sent all the documents they requested. Has Dafabet stolen money from anyone?

What is their current response? Is their customer support responding to you?

Yes. They demand documents - I send them these documents. They have been silent for 5 days. After 5 days, they reject the withdrawal and say that I did not send them the documents (but I did!). Again I order money for withdrawal - again I receive an email message in which they require documents - I send them these documents - again 5 days of silence - and after 5 days the withdrawal is canceled. This has been going on for 2 months!

With such a cut and dry resolved post, my guess is Dafabet had you sign an NDA.

Currently they start to play with me! I requested a payout and get a mail accordingly I have to play 189 euro more to be paid out! I wagered 209 euro after this without any voided, draw or canceled bet and all of the bets already been settled! So I requested a new payout again and get a mail I need to wager 189 euro more to be paid out! What a hell?

LOL. Sounds like a clerical error, since it's the same amount. Either that or maybe you placed your wager on a market which doesn't count towards rollover. What did they say when you asked them about it?
