    Fadual account hacked - Beware
My account has been hacked 3 times in a week. The last 2 times I think happened within hours if not minutes. Each time I set up a new password using different devices. They have suspended my account and have not let me withdraw my funds. No answers either. I know my money is there because each time I caught it before the withdraw was approved.
I believe it is someone inside Fandual doing this. I have other betting accounts on the same device I bet from and none of them have been hacked or anything else of mine.
I have filed one complaint with PA gaming board when I thought they were banning me for my action somehow and keeping my funds until I found out it was hacked. They are not transparent. At least with a book like 5Dimes he would tell you he's screwing.
I write this so anyone thinking of using them to seriously think twice. I have offered everything I can to prove who I am and they are not cooperating. Shitty company.

It can get tricky when someone else has tried a withdraw.

They can get really sus about who it is and if you are a hacker with the real persons ID.

But they need to offer you some solution.

Have you suggested doing an in-person ID if they have any brick and mortar locations near you?

Yes I have. Other than email or a chat I have no real contact information and even at that its just customer service. They keep saying they can't help. Someone will get in contact with me. Well on Monday its a full week. Just want to close my account and get my money. Every other time they had no problem letting me into my account. My dumbass didn't remove my money. For that its on me but this now is getting ridiculous.

Fanduel official dispute resolution procedure requires you to spend 30 days trying to work it out with their CS first.

After that time a third party service called JAMS will hear the dispute and make a binding order. www.jamsadr.com

SBR/I will be able to help more directly with problems like this with Fanduel eventually.

Yeah all CS keeps saying is they can't help. They don't have access to the issue. I ask them to have someone contact me and I have not heard anything since the account was suspended. One week in I have sent a few emails since my last time on chat with CS as it hard to find time to sit through 60 people ahead of you. I'll keep trying. Thanks

The dispute resolution changed by State. What State are you in?
