5Dimes vs. Heritage Bitcoin payout speed
I just did a test yesterday to see if and how quickly I could get my money out of my online accounts. There is no point in making a big Super Bowl bet if I can't get my winning out...that is if the Bengals can cover..lol...It's the Year of the Tiger and a Bengal is a tiger. I will be taking the Bengals +4!

Anyways, I requested $2000+ from 5Dimes and from Heritage. I have accounts in a few other sportsbooks but no balance.

So about 24 hours later, the 5Dimes money is already in my bitcoin wallet. Heritage hasn't even started my request it seems.

Is this normal? Has anyone else had Heritage payouts? How long does it take?

I think with Heritage, it might depend on what time of day you request it. They're usually very fast for me.

If you request both at say 9am on a weekday, you should have it from both by early afternoon at the latest most times.

Both reliable enough with payouts for your big bet.

The fastest seems to be Betonline ( I use sister site sportsbetting.ag) as bitcoin payouts are almost instant, 5 mins max in my experience.

How is 5Dimes these days? Man do I miss them. BAS couldn’t fill the void. With heritage I found that you have to request it at the right time to get paid quickly. I used to request it at night and I’d be paid in the morning or early afternoon, I’m guessing the cutoff of time is sometime before noon but I haven’t had a withdrawal in a while.

Request from Heritage before 3PM ET will get processed same day. After 3PM you'll have to wait until the next day.

5Dimes just moved their website to 5deurope.eu
I love 5dimes! I love playing teasers and they are the best for that. I am down a lot of cash on 5dimes so I am sure they love me too...lol.

Like I mentioned, I am impressed with their quick payout and no hassling me.

Heritage always has same day PO's. I believe they have a sister company called Bet105 too.

No issues at all. Super quick.

Btw, after that, and after my first withdraw request, they closed my account due country restriction. But my country beeing in their list of restricted territories is a mistake, and I argued that (and provided proofs that offshore betting is legal here) but they said that they don't have a license to accept players from here. Which is nonsense, an Isle of Man license is just fine for that. I don't know of another book that has this license and don't accept players from here.

I was wondering if there is anything I can do about it. Isle of Man can help me with it? Or going further in this matter will only piss 5dimes off?

They have the right to refuse service if they want, so I don't think "fighting" them over it will help.

But if you think they have made an error, an email starting out with the line "please escalate this to a manager" should get someone senior to look at it properly.

Heritage is ALWAYS same day if you put your request in the morning. If you wait until the afternoon, you will likely be put into the next day's batch of payouts. No comparison on payout times between them and 5-Crimes. Heritage kicks their azz.

I disagree. 5Dimes has been more than great. Super professional. I put in payout request. I get an e-mail stating that my payout request has put in right away and they are processing it. If there is a problem, I get an e-mail right away to contact them. After I contact them, and fix the problem, the money is sent right away. I know what is going on the whole time.

Heritage doesn't send you a verification that you sent a request. If I had just waited, it could have taken days before contacting them and asking why my money hasn't been sent. They should fix that.

Again, my mistake with Heritage was accepting the deposit bonus. Even after clearing over $36,000 in rollover, I still got hassled and a reluctance to pay.

I should have known better than to accept 50% and 100% deposit bonuses. Will never do that again.

They always send out verification to your phone immediately after the request. You sure your account is setup right?

How did they hassle you? And how were they reluctant to pay? I'm not seeing that explained in this thread. Bonuses are great as long as you take them from a reputable book, and Heritage is one of those. If you don't want to do the rollover, that's a different story.
