Betmgm only one promo allowed for new sign-ups?

Betmgm has a sign up offer get $200 in free bets which is 4 $50 bets. I assumed you could get the risk free bet as well but then i saw this in the terms:

Please note that online customers claiming this Sports Promotion will not be eligible to receive the Risk-Free First Bet up to $1000 welcome offer or any other “New Customer” sports promotion offer.

Should I try to contact them and tell them I don't want the free 200 and would rather have the risk free 1000 (if i deposit and bet 1000 of course)

Or should i just take the free 200?

My friend used the $500 deposit bonus + $1,000 risk free bet in NY. He then signed up in PA and claimed the $500 deposit bonus. Before he could use the bonus + risk free bet, they closed his PA account and returned his deposit, telling him he wasn't allowed to have more than one account. That doesn't make much sense because I'm sure they want to encourage customers to bet from whatever state they're in. Perhaps if he hadn't claimed the $500 deposit bonus twice, they would have left him alone.
