What are people's experience with these books limiting players? What kind of live limits do they offer?

DraftKings was good for a while. Now players are getting limited severely. Fanduel is more tolerant, they won't cut you as much. Really depends on your play. Bet major sports sides/totals and not much on smaller markets will extend your longevity.

What shifty said.
Draftkings has gone to shit. Live limits depends on event. Could be anywhere from 100 to 300. Weak. Used to be huge limits until a couple months ago.
Fanduel limits are generally the same whether its pregame or live, but it is cumulative for all. Anywhere from win 500-600 on CBB to 1500 NBA. These are the reduced limits. Normal folks limits are 3x that I believe.
