I'm running into a problem with bookmaker. I referred bookmaker to another colleague at the hospital because I've had no problem with them for years. He signed up in September for football season, used crypto to fund his account for 2,000 USD. They froze his account for account verification. Customer Service told him that he had to wait for an email from a manager to verify his account. He waited 14 days before he tried to login again and it was doing the same thing and he talked to a customer service rep. They unlocked his account because it was so long and he was able to do one parlay on a Saturday. Logged back in on Sunday and it was reblocked saying he had to wait for account verification. This is the same excuse that he has been dealing with since. They said the same thing right before Christmas and they verify his account balance to him in the customer service.
Is there anyone that can help with this situation or a moderator?
I'm disappointed in this as I've never hard a problem with them for years but now Ohio is opening up sports gambling it will be a lot easier but any advice would be greatly appreciated.
