DSI account suppressed? WTF

Cant log on or even talk to live chat. Anyone else been locked out like this? Happened all of a sudden today.

I'm still in.I keep a low balance there since they split from BM.At one time they were a pretty good book.

They unsuppressed me lol but severe limits are in place already was low now it's at pathetic trivial levels needless to say I will pull out my balance and close out. It's a shame they had so many options and variety but nothing but downhill these past 2-3 years safe to say for pretty much all books across-the-board.
