They profile their customers and offer more incentives to customers that they deem more valuable. What's wrong with that? You have every right to play elsewhere, but they're only doing what all successful B2C businesses are doing in 2021.

I'm not a shill for any book. I'm a gambler. It's in my best interest to make sure these sportsbooks are kept honest. I just prefer to keep this place open to real complaints and not whining about how they gave your friend more free stuff than they gave you.

Perhaps you should consider that there's something else at play here besides how much you two deposited. They obviously value your friend more for some reason. You should probably take that as a complement, to be honest. I got $30 after the outage, and I'm not complaining. Bovada was down for 2 days. That probably saved you from losing money, and you got $50 to boot. Congrats!

Maybe it has to do with how much more you withdrew from them if one person withdraws $10000 and made a profit they may not want to give that much compared to a person who did not withdraw and made no profit.
