Good luck. the general support said the Illinois team would e mail me and they never did. Contacted again same thing. William Hill is worst CS and platform in Illinois. Wish they where good since I love the Elgin Casino. Its a shame

William Hill is actually pretty easy to get a mangers attention at.

The best way is to email second_opinion@willhill.com and that 2nd level support team will make sure either they answer or make your state CS manager contact you. People jump when that team ask about stuff.
