CS should be able to tell you for sure, but I think Bookmaker wait until the entire regular season is over to grade the markets.

I'd just email support@bookmaker.eu with the ticket # and ask.

I'd use email as you get 2nd level support and they may actually go out of their way to grade it for you now if they can.

Thanks, wasn't really worried about it but wasted 15 minutes with their online support, first answer was it will be paid when the match ends. Finally got him to ask the right question to the boss and it was relayed that when the regular season ends. And it was paid today. I will make note of that email.
