What does your balance history say? I don’t recall this happening often, if ever, at heritage.
Was it lost in the casino? Withdrawn?

I think it might have been a glitch?

Its happened to me a couple times in the past. I log in and see a zero balance. Once log off and re log back in it appears again. Strange

Heritage have advised us that they are concerned about the account connections and are waiting for a technical investigation to be completed.

They will let us know a result ASAP.
