Bookmaker.eu deactivated my account as soon as I deposited money, won't return it
I made an account on bookmaker.eu about 4 weeks ago and immediately deposited 100 USD in crypto. I go to try and make a sports bet and then the site says "an error has occurred, contact customer service." I do so and they tell me "sorry, your account is under investigation for internal reasons." Then I check back a day later and they tell me "your account has been permanently deactivated for internal reasons." And they refuse to give me a reason. I've been fighting this for 4 weeks now.

I've contacted them at least 5 times to get my money back and every single time they just say "wait another 72 hours and check your email." I've never gotten an email from them to get my money back, and they keep saying they can't help me get my money back now. They're extremely rude about it too.How do I get my money back? Has anyone been through this before? Please help. It's really frustrating me

This sounds very similar to the rash of new Bookmaker customers a few weeks ago, which Optional/SBR helped resolve. In that case, I think it was that their automated security algorithm was too stringent, and innocent people got caught by it. For some reason it took forever (and prodding from SVBR) for someone there to realize that everything was fine. Hopefully, yours is resolved soon.

They got access to their accounts and their funds. Search the forum or just browse back a page or three. It wasn't that long ago.

Class A book.....pretty sure they're not planning on running and starting a whole new life with your hundred bucks. It'll get straightened out. You can thank all the piece of chit angle-shooters.

Snuty, this is the thread I was talking about where a problem similar to yours was resolved for other players.

hey, thank you so much! I see these people were able to get it sorted out after Optional helped them. I am unable to message him. By chance could you get me into contact with him? Thanks.
