Hard Rock Florida app already glitchy AF

I’m always cautious whenever a new app or business rolls out….and of course their app is showing some major glitches. This is just a heads up to warn everyone here in Florida if you haven’t already been made aware.

Parlays are not being calculated properly, along with the amount of selections in your parlay/teaser not being properly reflected. If you choose more than 7 teams, the app is not recognizing your selections and says the bet is only for 7 teams even though you can clearly see that you chose more then that.

I’ve also been getting numerous errors when attempting to finalize wagers. This has been escalated to Hard Rock….but please make sure you are double checking any wagers once placed to ensure that they are accurate!

I have not had any issues either, actually I’m very pleased so far. Depositing was instant and getting verified for payouts was instant, it’s nice not having to send ridiculous pictures of DL and utility bills to get paid

Does the money come out instantly with your bank or does it take a couple days to clear ?

I did the ach/ bank route and it was there right after midnight, so not instant, it says 1-3 days but it was less than 12 hours. I’m pretty sure if you use the ach route it’s going to be different with each bank

The live betting is not juiced anymore than a regular -110 bet, I find that as an incredible bargain !

App crapped out on me right at 4pm eastern time today . When it lets me log in all my history is gone, the free bet winnings are not showing up, and a couple times I’ve tried to log in it’s saying I’m not in Fl. It’s worked fine all week till this afternoon

I bet their servers are so clogged up with traffic that it’s shutting the app down. We became the biggest betting market in America overnight

Yea plus it’s a busy time with games ending and likely folks looking to use winnings on other games. I’m gonn assume I have a live bet but want to verify before the result is known and I get the worse of the outcomes

Ditto. Not sure how quickly bet was graded (didn’t check until this morning) but all seemed to work right. Attempting cash out this morning to understand how that process works.

FYI to anyone using a credit card to deposit with Hard Rock

Your card issuer will consider these deposits to be cash advances since it’s for gambling….therefore they’ll hit you with a fee for every single transaction + interest.

I just learned about that the hard way 🙄

I’m so used to the deposit process of betting offshore that I didn’t even think about it. Luckily I won plenty last night to offset those fees

I opened a Chime account for this kind of stuff. Dont go through my regular bank. No extra fees on using cards for casinos or buying crypto...

Looks like we will have a answer today or tomorrow, one thing that’s not good is one of the appeal judges was a Biden appointee and the other two were Obama appointees, and with Biden/Democrats hating Desantis, politics may play into this
