Most people lose at sports betting. That's just the way it is. It's why sportsbooks make a lot of money. Sports betting should be viewed as an expensive hobby or form of entertainment. If that's not acceptable, then you should take a much longer (permanent) break.

DontTail is right. Most guys have jobs so bankroll management is not as important since they can reload if they go broke BUT if you rely on gambling for income start with bankroll management techniques like only wager 5% or less of your bankroll. Most guys esp recreational management of roll is more the issue then losing games

I am on a losing run since I started betting when I was 12 in 1973 , true . Been a great life though ! Would not change a thing ! Good luck and God Bless to all
