They should credit you the bonus anyhow since the chat rep was too lazy to properly check your account and do his due diligence giving you a correct answer.

I have had BetUS tell me I was not eligible for a bonus when I checked. I think the rep here made an assumption that the customer was eligible based on their knowing the bonus and then checked and found out they were not.

Books will generally not back what a rep says on chat so not that surprising.

I would not sweat it much over a $150 deposit. BetUS gives some really good bonuses. There will be others.

Usually they make you come back after the deposit clears and the next cs rep blames the first one. Good idea keeping them on chat but same result. Rollover your deposit x times and withdraw and never go back to bet us.

With Betus it's best to talk to one there Reps over the phone . Max Sterling is who I go through there. He's a good guy actually call's me when I've completed my rollover.

yeah that's BS but happens too many times. You did the correct thing in getting them on chat to commit but now still have to remedy the situation with little leverage.

Agreed. You'd have to be an idiot to not realize what OP was asking for here.

OP, try calling your BetUS "personal account manager". The phone number is listed under your account page. Maybe you'll get someone more understanding of your situation, but don't go into the conversation with guns blazing. It's a new person who hasn't heard your problem, so give them some benefit of doubt if you want to have any chance of the bonus being applied.

I had phone call with BOL and asked if I qualify for NFL bonus. CS said yes but I questioned CS to check as a few days earlier I didn’t get the 35% reload bonus. Waited for about 5 mins for him to talk to sup and he told me that I recently had a payout and had to wait 14 days to be eligible for bonus again. It just seems like front line CS only knows the general bonus rules and not the fine prints of payouts/bonuses.

I believe what they mean here is that a person has more in payouts than deposits. My understanding was that once you have taken out more than you have taken in you are no longer eligible for their better bonuses.

Personally, I don't like to keep a lot of money on any book and frequently do payouts. BetUS was only book that I had an issue with doing this. They started cutting my limits in half every payout til it was down to $25. Now they don't even let me deposit.

That's what I'm thinking too. Jazz does this, they send me emails and texts will offers but when I go to take one they hit me with the same thing.

Thanks. This explains why my deposit button is no longer working. I thought it might be a tech issue, but combined with your post + my peanut limits, I now get the message.
