Made an account and deposited via BTC. In talks with Customer Service about getting my 100% bonus and 4x free plays credited to my account.

CS was sort of rude when the Bitcoin "Generate Address" button didn't work. They claimed it was my fault and issue, but then sent me the bitcoin address via Chat (very error prone). Said that's all they can do and the rest is up to me to get it deposited. Whatever.

This. The terms seem pretty clear.

If there were an additional, hidden rollover not outlined in the terms, that would be wrong...and very surprising.

I talked to Heritage today through live chat, and asked if there was any rollover specific to the four free bets. I was told there was a 3X rollover on each free bet taken. I think the most you can bet with these free bets is $100 per bet. Hope that helps!

Just got my $100 fp. Cool thing is you can use it on first quarter or half, doesn't have to be the full game. I used mine on first quarter Ravens after Derek Carr fumbled that snap.

No rollover meter that I have saw (I love when sites have this). I had to message them twice a week to get my rollover progress. I did the full $1000 deposit so needed 20K to rollover.
