I would be extremely cautious with Bovada at this point. I have had problems with them, but I just told them to delete my account-once I figured out how to communicate with them! I had been a customer for many years prior to that.
They wiped some funds from my account, technically I guess they were correct, although seems like a shitty way to treat a loyal customer!
But I just wanted to tell everyone that it's really hard to communicate with them-you can't call anymore, says Call Center is closed.They have an 'online chat bot' that says is live, but all I could ever get was automated responses.And I emailed them several times, and they 'claimed' they never received them.
I finally figured out you have to sign up for this special online forum, where I was finally able to at least message someone.
So just wanted to alert everyone, although it list Bovada A+ on here, I don't think they deserve that ranking anymore!
