    I would be extremely cautious with Bovada at this point. I have had problems with them, but I just told them to delete my account-once I figured out how to communicate with them! I had been a customer for many years prior to that.
    They wiped some funds from my account, technically I guess they were correct, although seems like a shitty way to treat a loyal customer!
    But I just wanted to tell everyone that it's really hard to communicate with them-you can't call anymore, says Call Center is closed.They have an 'online chat bot' that says is live, but all I could ever get was automated responses.And I emailed them several times, and they 'claimed' they never received them.
    I finally figured out you have to sign up for this special online forum, where I was finally able to at least message someone.
    So just wanted to alert everyone, although it list Bovada A+ on here, I don't think they deserve that ranking anymore!

    I’ve played at bovada many years with no problems. They have a live chat that is helpful and I have never called before today. But I decided to try it since you were crying about it and I was on the phone with a real person in less than a minute.

      Why in the world would I suddenly after being a customer for many years just make that up?

          1-888-263-0000 is the only number they have, as far as I know. All I get is a message telling me it's closed due to Covid, so how could you get anything else?
          Furthermore, they were pretty good in the past. Just lately they have went down hill, I don't know why.

                Just to check it out, I called just now and hit #2. Said same thing "Due to ongoing Covid Crisis, our call center is currently closed."
                But hey, if it works for you...

                          jp5148, I don't see how that's possible, but if it is true, all they had to do was treat me like you're saying they treated you. But they didn't, so I told my story.

                            This is a very strange post. Let's break it down:

                            1. Communication issues. They aren't hiding from anyone. There are ways to contact Bovada support - just not the way you prefer. Honestly, chat is probably the best method anyways since you get a live person to talk to, and you can save a copy of your conversation for future reference.

                            2. Cryptic accusation about wiping out funds from account. But OP says they were correct, so really nothing to see here.

                            Bovada continues to be a solid - and most importantly - reputable offshore sportsbook.

                                      I used chat today. It starts with a bot but you just have to ask for a live person and you get transferred. The live person was very helpful.
                                      I've never had a problem with Bovada. Also, if you aren't "bitcoin exclusive" there you are missing out...

                                        I said before they were 'technically' correct, but just didn't care for the way they handled it. I have no idea why I had such communication issues, never happened in the past.
                                        In any case, told them to delete my account-and I wouldn't personally recommend them anymore, but 'water under the bridge' at this point.

                                            I wish all books would ignore the rules and give me money which I'm not due, simply because I've been a loyal customer. I'd be a lot richer right now. When people make cryptic posts "warning" others to stay away from books but won't share any of the details of their case, it's almost always because they know it wouldn't be well received.

                                              Holy smoke! It works. I had my doubts but I was able to contact CS via phone. Don’t know about the other poster but I’m Hall of Fame Red Room and that might be the difference.. idk.

                                              Anyway, I think Bovada is doing well considering the pandemic notwithstanding their phone limitations. Their forum and mods are really cool and though it’s not a phone #, the mods have been very efficient in dealing with a vast range of issues.
