SBR Sportsbook Complaint still working?

I submitted a complaint on June 22, 2021. I have sent two follow up emails (after the 5 business days expected response per their FAQs) and have not received a response. (I have checked junk mail)

I just would like to know if I need to seek other measures or not...

I have noticed, you should always start a thread with your concern first, then submit a complaint.

Seems to get a better response.

SBR is a forum after all, they want traffic.

Or do do you mean something different?There's no spot to put your SBR username on the application, so I'm not sure if it is relevant?

Except for the auto submission confirmation email, I have not received any response.

I'm not looking to complain, just looking for clarification: am I waiting for something that's never going to be looked at (needing to seek other measures) or am I on a waiting list or some sort.

Feel like I'm in 'no mans land'
