I've always used this site, which is always the first link that comes up when I Google it. I don't know if it's the most accurate site, but it's never failed me. It has your Delaware and Virginia examples right.

100% agree. I've been playing offshore since the beginning. Never had any major issues. Why play with these new books? I can get paid from offshore within 15 minutes, better lines, and no taxes.

exactly. all those things, and better customer service, more industry experience, bonuses, a wider variety of leagues and games, betting options. If you love getting 40 cent baseball lines and laying -110 on football and betting $40 right before kickoff, domestic is for you. If not, then offshore is still the undefeated champ.

Vegas still the best because sportsbooks have their own lines unlike many usa states that are using a few big odds providers
