    Pinnacle.com compliance unreasonable?
I have been asked to provide source of wealth from Pinnacle. The problem? They are asking for documents of detailed transactions that my bank doesn't even provide.

Has anyone else run into these problems? How can a bookie run a compliance department that completely shuts down legitimate players who have been customers 10+ years?

Any advice on how to get them to reconsider their demands?

There has been a couple of similar threads in recent months.

I don't think there is much you can do to get them to reconsider.

What they ask for will depend on what you have told them is your source of income.

My deposits come from normal salary, and I gave them a salary slip. They need a 3 month bank statement, colored, pdf, showing my name, showing my details, showing my adress. What bank actually provides that?

But basically commercially they are losing all my bets. I am a recreantional bettor and I would guess the commercial part of Pinnacle has no idea of what is going on in this process.

If you said normal salary, it should be easy once you have supplied pay slips.

Pinnacle probably already knows what your bank can or can't provide btw.

Just show you are making your best attempt to give what was asked for and it should be cleared.

And upper management do know what security is doing for sure.

I think this has started so they can show compliance with normal UK regulator requirements in anticipation of applying there or somewhere similar.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. I get targeted because of a coming application. I have seen similar things with other bookies before.

Well, let's hope they accept my latest 4 month bank statement, salary slip etc. So far blocked.

This has now been solved. They accepted the 4 months statement, salary slip, salary payout showing on statement, screenshots of accounts belonging to me.

Maybe €500 per day or something like that on average.

500€ is peanuts for pinnacle, your account as been flag for some reason.

Why would my account be flagged? I use Trustly to deposit. In small net profit for the year. I only bet as a hobby.

Interesting that they have requested SoW for a relatively small daily wagering amount. In my experience they might ask after a certain deposit threshold has been exceeded or a certain withdrawal amount, usually in the high tens of thousands.

                            Sweden
Sweden is in the list of banned countries (1.1.4 in terms and conditions). In Germany, they just closed all accounts. Was it not so strictly controlled in Sweden? Or the list of the banned countries is not up-to-date, maybe I should try to reopen my german account.
