    Betclick
    Hi guys

I'm new in here but was just wanting to ask if anyone has any experience with Betclick?

I signed up with them at the weekend, deposited funds via my credit card, placed a bet and then tried to withdraw my winnings. Only £50.

Problem is, when I tried to withdraw the money to my card, it wouldn't let me saying I had to use Moneybookers or bank transfer (this is despite Betclick stating you are allowed to withdraw money to your card).

I emailed them and was told I couldn't withdraw to a card so I tried bank transfer only to get an email saying they need ID (nothing mentioned about that on the site). Why would they need ID? I'm just very dubious about giving out so much peronsal info.

They still haven't explained why I can't withdraw money to my card despite the site advertising that you can.

Can anyone shine a light on this please?

    Cheers guys.

      Thanks for the fast repsonse.

Yeah, they mentioned you can't withdraw to ********** but I used ****. The website does also say that you are allowed to withdraw to the card you used to deposit funds.

Is asking for ID normal? I've only ever signed up to larger sites and never been asked something like this.

      Thanks again.

Asking for ID is normal procedure for most euro bookies and you won't get your money without providing it.

OK, as long as it's normal to be asked for these details as it seemed a little strange to me.

Thanks for your help, much appreciated

Best way to do it is to go to 'My account', then click on 'My documents' and follow the instructions.

Shouldn't be a problem, although they will limit you fast if you show a hint of knowing what you're doing.

I don't know what is their problem with Hungary, but I tried to register and it said "we don't accept registrations from your country", I sent some emails but never replied.... would somebody (who is allowed to play) send an email and ask them why the hell is Hungary banned?

Maybe they had fraud attack and decided to ban you. It happened to me with several bookies (I am from Bulgaria)
