The software sucks, but they have very good customer support via live chat and i never withdraw with them, so i cant tell more than that

i played with them! had to bet via live chat,,couldnt bet on-line just keep getting error message when trying to confirm the bet,,and their telephone line was down,,havent made a withdraw yet,,probaly go back when they get their tech shit sorted out! and sent them an e-mail to say this!
