Fox bet issues?

I opened an account there about a month ago. Since then have deposited and withdrawn atlesst 4 or 5 times no issues. So tonight I went on a losing streak and kept depositing up to 2400 dollars in total. Then I finally won like more than half back and a message popped up that I'm locked out of my account. They send me an email requiring all this documentation, like beyond ridiuclous how much they wanted. It was also 1130 pm. I would understand if they required it the first time i made a withdraw or opened the account. But the timing seems beyond shady to me. I sent them everything they asked for, and I was uncomfortable sending some of it, copies of debit card, copies of full bank statement with all my numbers etc,,, but have no choice to try and play along since they have all my money! Even though they said that fraud dept works 24/7 and I should hear back soon, that was like 4 hours ago and they haven't reponded to any of my emails......I am really worried they're trying to steal my 2400. I know its not a lot of money to a company that size but this is just odd. Anyone else have this happen with Fox bet?? Any insight would be helpful.

Sounds like your run of deposits made them want to check your capacity to afford to deposit that much.

Just a part of mainstream sportsbook licensing.


If it is that, you will be paid either way. Worst that can happen is they say they have to close your account.
