Without making any admissions, I am fairly certain that this applies to some of us here.

And - based on the calibre of the various posts I have seen over the past few months - I am fairly certain I know to whom this applies.

I don't have a good answer. But saying all my income is from sports betting seems to turn into a quagmire too often. I suspect that many people try to say that to start with, so the staff don't believe anyone and keep asking for more documents to make sure.

The other problem you'd encounter here is that you really don't want to be telling your bookie that you're a professional...for other reasons.

Actually not that big of an issue. In the vast majority of the cases, books don't ask you for SoF/SoW before you request a withdrawal. At soft books, you shouldn't make a withdrawal request before you got limited or reached a substantial balance. At sharper books that don't limit players, it doesn't matter anyway.

The only real problem I can think of is that books share the information about you being a professional. But that happens so rarely that it's just not a big issue.

Opti, do you want to share (here or via PM) which books make troubles when you say your income comes from gambling?

This is the problem. It happens quite often that you have to take a withdrawal before the book has limited you, or at least before they're finished limiting you. I'd rather not volunteer information about my gambling successes.

Intertops made us wait forever for live betting they finally get it up and they don’t even offer a special bonus for not having live betting FOREVER are just because they have not offered anything decent in forever. The book is not even good. They pay yes but so do many other books. Promotion team must be bad. With all the companies coming out and sports betting legalization here and coming quick inter tops is going to die out know matter how long they been in business. Where was the coming out party for your two year wait on live betting which was a waste of time. Get with the times.
