This happened to me with BAS. I took out a larger payout than before and they actually called with 8-10 questions. Sorta annoying with one question about the first few digits of btc address. But after answering their questions it took about 6 hours for them to process the payout.

I can’t remember if it was before or after the large payout request that they also limited my live wagering from $500 to $50. Hardly use them anymore, it is a waste of time.
