If the book is habitually slow moving lines, they will probably notice quickly after a few bets.
If they don't, they will probably be broke in the not too distant future.

They will start lagging you within a week or 2.

When they do notice are they going to limit you even if you bet normal games as well?

Every book is different, but when you're consistently beating the closing line they're going to put like a 60 second lag on your bets before they accept them to let their lines catch up.
