Limited from BetCRIS after asking about limits?

Hi,

I opened a BetCRIS account (seeing that they were highly rated here, and that I have already been limited on bookmaker.eu) and asked customer service about their policy on limiting players (call me naive but I really did not think they would close my account over this, maybe I should have known better...). The next day, my account was closed. Obviously when I asked about why my account was closed, they would not tell me. Is it likely that they closed my account simply because I asked about limits on winning players, or is there some collusion between bookmaker.eu/betCRIS in limiting winning players? I was pretty disappointed upon getting my account closed...

P.S. is there any other site using the same odds provider as bookmaker/betCRIS?

Don't think you are allowed an account with both Bookmaker and BetCris - it isn't 'collusion' just that they are the same family. You can try your luck with Justbet and Galaxysports but expect the same result

Thanks guys - for what it's worth I did ask the customer service whether I was allowed to have an account there and they did tell me yes... guess their customer service is uninformed

Tried Bookmaker once

deposited and they told me I couldnt wager on a parlay in MLB...

I'm not limited on any of the big sports, but am limited on smaller markets like esports and more obscure leagues
