Just put the promo code in when you make the deposit. But I would check with them first to confirm that you're eligible.
As for question 2, I don't know. It shouldn't be an issue with getting the bonus, but there are rules for rollover and the freeplay. You wouldn't be able to use the freeplay on horses. Bets on horses in the sportsbook would count towards the rollover, I don't think bets in the racebook will, but I'm not sure. Someone here might now, if not you can ask on their chat.

Same here. And the 5% BTC boost is nice too. 50% FP and 5% cash is pretty good at an A+ book. I just wish they hadn't created so many limitations on how you're allowed to use the FP.
