US Sportsbook Apps for Non-Residents?

Does anyone know which regulated US Sportsbooks allow use of their app for those who are traveling in the state but not a United States citizen or permanent resident?

I'm hoping to travel in the US once COVID is under control and am hoping to use apps to wager while there.

You sure about that? I am Canadian and have used William hill/Caesars/CG Technology apps while in Vegas. Not sure what it is like outside of Vegas though.

Each state regulates it on their own. You’d have to check with the state you plan to visit.
