Hi. I signed up just to comment on this. I have a withdrawal pending with Bookmaker for almost one month that they won't process or give me details for why not. They have not said that they wont pay me they just keep telling me to check back with them. Is filing a complaint through this site the best option or should I just wait? Looking for opinions. That's super odd. How old is your account? You went through KYC? Have you ever done a withdrawal before?

Wait for @Optional and he can help you more in regards to this. Hope it gets worked out. A month is concerning, Bookmaker has never been longer than 4 hours for me.

Account is only a couple months old. They verified my ID quickly when I uploaded it. I made a few deposits and one of them didn't get there for hours; kind of meaningless but I remember feeling weird about it because BTC is generally super fast.

So there's a user here @optimal that can help and I shouldn't make a formal complaint? Or optimal is the guy to make the complaint to?
