They want to you to agree to new terms because they changed partners, only the "I agree" box is greyed out for me and I believe because of this, it is rejecting my bets. Anyone else have this problem in Illinois?

Not sure. It has a racing platform backed by TVG I know that. I will say though that FanDual is step below DK which offers more markets esp LIVE. William Hill is my least favorite of all 5 Illinois ones.
