My only gripe with Betcoin is that you aren't allowed to select the miner's fee so my last withdrawal was ~$50.

You are right.

I think they have the best live betting for only crypto books and usually the best odds but when you make a bitcoin withdrawal it is like you bet the worst odds because the fees at too much. Especially for small withdrawals the fees can cut 40-45% of winnings.
