After 6 weeks, they told me to cancel my pending withdrawal request and to split the amount into several tranches à 100 EUR (!)

They also forced me to use Bitcoin, I had no choice.

Now they sent me two installments but they deducted more than 20% (!) for processing the payout. They say it's not on them but on the processing company...
