I’m an elite member with bodog.eu for years. I go to change my email on my account and they say I need to send documents in. I did so when I opened the account. Everything is the same. I provided my pin, mothers maiden name, phone everything to the chat agents and supervisor. I have deposited and withdrawaled without issues. In the past month., nothing but issues and even was called a lair by the agents. Their slots don’t pay or at times and consistently have problems I report this and they say it’s not their fault. They take no accountability. Can someone help?
