here is a chat with the operator betfair. the operator says 4322 euros not in betfair, money in the orbit exchange or betinasia, they just said that I can’t play and that’s all. I don’t understand how is this possible?

Betinasia cannot hold all of your funds, they can hold the funds that are under investigation, but never the whole amount.

I have uploaded the screenshots of the bets there you can see that the bet of 388 euros made a total of 330.5 and back inside the orbits made a bet of 223.5 total. It can not be either money transfer

I seen this happen in the past to others Orbit users, they always close accounts with the same reason funds passing, for some reason never trust them.

For one thing, I am sure that BIA wouldn't confiscate the funds unless Betfair/OrbitX really did contact them, that is a fact (think we can agree on that one).

BUT

If BIA is disputing only those bets that you have advised (total is way less than full amount), then you should pursue your money with them 100% as they cannot hold the money that is not disputed.

eg, 500e of winnings is disputed, you should get 3750 back without ANY question whatsoever, otherwise they are stealing your money.

in the screenshot you can see I closed the bet inside 388 euros. and the other one I closed the bet in the bookmaker. just I'm interested in the request of the SBR, how many days does it take? 10 days have already passed

Why do you think SBR is obligated to help you here? They can send query, but they will not pursue your case every day. You can go to Curacao and push them, explain that you agree that disputed funds are taken while investigation is ongoing, but BIA cannot hold the remainder of the funds.

If Curacao can't force them to release the funds, nobody can.
