Hi Opti, can you elaborate more on this idea (why would deadlock req. make them hurry)?

The deadlock email allows the player to take the matter to a third party arbitrator who can make a binding decision the book has to follow.

Experience has shown that asking Paddypower for this seems to result in them making a decision rather than giving it. And just about every time deciding for the player.
