I have got my ass kicked at Bookmaker and lost over $25,000 this football season at bookmaker and over $70,000 since I opened my account but they removed me from loyalty points and deposit bonuses many years ago. Is there any way to get added back to be eligible for deposit bonuses and loyalty points? When I asked their customer service person he just said I am not eligible. Does SBR know a manager I could talk with to see if I can get added back to loyalty program and deposit bonuses?
