Always used 5dimes but took a break after all the madness.

How is it holding up for Canadians after exiting the US Market, Is it still considered safe and reliable, or is this now a book that should be used with caution?

I am Canadian and fully withdrew all funds when I saw all the instability with the US shutdown. Haven't been back despite several emails trying to get me to return. I'd rather pay a few extra cents juice to be with more stable books right now.
