I post to bitch about books when they screw up, so I'll post to acknowledge when they're helpful.

Heritage mis-graded a prop wager. I contacted them via chat and asked for a re-grade. Within 30 minutes it was fixed. Took about five minutes of my time all total. Well done.

without sbr i would probably be out 20k on misgrades from A+ books that would have never been corrected otherwise
