Curious. Does anyone use SBR Sportsbook as a viable out? Haven't looked at it in quite a while, but appears to me that this might be a possibility. Thoughts?

Hedging cold hard $$ for pizzas is a recipe for disaster.

Why not. You know the conversion rate for Betpoints to bitcoin so same as any other book really.

That's what I was thinking. I didn't realize until I revisited it today that Bitcoin cash out was an option. Definitely going to utilize this.

Question, if SBR sportsbook/store were an actual book listed on SBR what grade would it get? C+ at best, prove me wrong.

Simple, because it takes three weeks to a month to cashout Bitcoin at the SBR store.

A- Only because I've had grading issues recently. Kentucky ML was graded as Loss this afternoon. Opti, I pm'ed you, could you please look into this. Thank you

Bitcoin is only available to US people.

If you are seeing sportsbook bonuses you are probably like me, and not inside USA

OK so if none of the sportsbook bonuses are of use then the points are useless too?

So a bitcoin cashout truly takes this long? I'm okay with waiting a little while as long as I'm guaranteed the redemption. Although three weeks is a fairly long time. Wondering why this takes so long?

If you click "Betpoints" under his avatar you can see his order history.

He has only ever ordered Bitcoin twice. On 25th Dec and 26th Dec. A touch over a week ago. Not sure what the hell he is up to with the comments here. It's been like 3 business days in CR where the office is.

Most people get bitcoin within a few days of ordering.

Here is the only feedback I received on how long it takes. I sent an email to cashier@SBR forum and never heard back. I was just looking for an approximate timeline. According to this thread it is three weeks to a month, I have no idea how long it takes.https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...-holidays.html

In the SBR Store I don't see where it says USA only for bitcoin. Also Kentucky from the bowl game has still been graded as a loss on the ML.

Sorry, I sent the Kentucky request to Genie yesterday but did not realize she was off Sunday or would have sent it direct to the operators. I'll leave it to Genie now as she will be on duty soon today.

And I'll ask why it no longer says USA only on bitcoin order pages. I hope it means we can all buy it, but I am pretty sure the policy has not changed

I can confirm my bitcoin withdrawals were paid out today from the SBR store. Requested 12/25 & 12/26 , paid 1/4 for the full amount. With the holidays it was faster than I expected. Perhaps the sportsbook here is a viable out in a pinch but I would always be concerned with the points to BTC conversion rate. I dont watch it enough to know if it holds steady or fluctuates because like someone said, these were my first BTC withdrawals ever from the SBR store.

You need to keep an eye on the conversion rate from $ to BTC that SBR use.
eg for 2667 points you get $100 of BTC.

"You will receive exactly $100 in bitcoin at the time your order is fulfilled by SBR.
The price at Blockchain.info will be used to determine the value of the bitcoin sent at the time the order is fulfilled. Mining/transaction fees not covered."
