I had tried since yesterday to login and have the "scratch off" popup like every year to no avail...and from multiple browsers besides chrome. I finally got it..$50 FP, but with 1 tweak from your phone. Obviously, I think most know to bring up the "regular site"...not the mobile version, but before log in, go to browser settings scroll down (worked with Edge initially for scratch off...use 3 dot menu) and then change the rendering from "mobile to desktop site". This has now worked for myself and others I know who had same issue, thinking Heritage gave them f'ing coal after 7+ yrs of "being good"...lol. Merry Christmas and hope you and your family stay safe and strong after one hell of a year.
