**help with bookmaker grading error

thought this was an easy fix a few hours ago on chat, but apparently they think they are right?

saints obviously scored 3 times in a row, from 0-14 to 15-14, went td/safety/td

This is such an obvious case, how can they even argue it?

still not fixed... the problem might be if they are looking at nfl.com or espn, they have goofy summaries

nfl.com doesn't show the safety on their "scoring drives", and espn shows the safety with a chiefs logo next to it

asked again today to have it regraded with no success... so i sent in a sportsbook complaint form

any reasonable gambler or sportsbook employee that looks at it for more than 10 seconds would agree with me

BM confirmed the grader was using NFL.com and their error in not listing the safety caused the problem.

makes sense, figured it was either that or the jokers at espn putting a chiefs logo next to the safety

once again sbr to the rescue! i always think there are tons of other people betting that and complaining but that might not be the case?

I haven't seen another complaint about it. They did say as the week was closed they had to re-grade everyone who was affected manually. Maybe not a lot of action on that market?
