Long story short I was a longtime 5D customer (like many of you I am sure) that was impacted about 90 days ago.

Been playing at Bookmaker and Bovada mainly because I can trust them (rake could be better).

Long story short, I signed up for Heritage online and was told that someone would be in contact with me to confirm. Never received an e-mail nor phone call.

Just looking to confirm recent experiences because their lack of reach has spooked me a little. Thanks

Heritage is a good book but very cupcake limits if you win especially on props and exotics. You don't have to worry about being paid there though

I believe heritage will always pay and you have no worry in that regard. But they are a shell of what they once were

Yes, your experience is pretty much par for the course. I had huge issues signing up, called support who said "nobody else is having issues, so it must be your fault". Finally realized their site was failing silently when entering an address with a dash.

Be careful about criticizing Heritage on SBR. My last two posts complaining about them were deleted.

It’s a mediocre book at best. Their casino/blackjack is as absurdly fixed as it gets. Also, with BetOnline and Bookmaker doing instantaneous withdraws, why go somewhere that sits on your money for hours for no reason?

Disagree. Lines are no longer competitive after they removed the reduced juice program. Also, many books are now paying out in minutes. Heritage pays out in days. Hardly "light speed".

its not days. they have paid btc daily M-F for years and now smaller amounts weekends. It normally takes about 2-3 hours sometimes a bit more up to 8 but I most always get it if by 3PM if I submit in morning. Heritage has some very good options like open parlays, good racebook rebate, socer + is excellent and lines are decent for most sports. PLUS the CS is the absoulte best IMO

Generally they shave a couple cents off of Cris lines....so if Cris is -110 you'll get -108 at Heritage. Seems 80% of the time I get the best line at Heritage. Prop limits are low....not sure if they are set low for everybody at outset or whether they lower them if you win. You can get 2-3k down on most football game side and totals, even if you win long-term.

Heritage is top notch. I started using them after 5dimes stopped supporting the US market. I have gone on a sick hot streak and have requested a ton of payouts. I have received every penny i requested and usually get it same day 2 -3 hours. A+ book

Heritage is a great book for non-pro players, with many great perks. Try following up with live chat or sending a PM to Heritage Insider to get confirmation. If you like bigger limits and lower juice, consider their sister book Bet 105. I play at both and actually prefer the new Bet 105 site over the original Heritage book. Both are good outs if you get accepted. Good Luck!

I also switched from 5dimes to Heritage. Granted the layout is different and a bit more advanced to my liking but it's a great sportsbook and the cashback feature is an extra incentive. They only process payout in the morning but I usually get my money within a few hours. Don't get me wrong I do miss 5dimes but this book is a great alternative.
